Wholesale Soap Prices and Order Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in Grandma's wholesale priced soap. We are a small family owned business
which operates through our website. While this allows us to offer you 75+ varieties of handmade soap, it also
means that we make our soap in smaller batches. We strive to keep at least 30 bars of each type of soap in
constant supply.
You may mix or match our soap, but we recommend that you order at least 6-bars of the each type your
choose. Gift sets, body butters, and bath accessories are not available wholesale. To order our wholesale
soap please call 813-783-8587.
Our minimum wholesale soap order is 40 bars or 4 loaves. We also offer a sample pack of 12 1.5 oz cubes
of soap in your choice of fragrances for $12.00. These samples give you a chance to try several types of
soap before you place your wholesale order. We also offer sample packs in groups such as floral, milk and
honey, good enough to eat, etc. Pricing is approximately 1/2 of the retail price per bar of soap on my site. So
therefore if a bar of soap sells for $3.50 than the wholesale price per bar would be $1.75 and so on. Call or
e-mail me with your selections and I will give a firm price.
Turn around time for orders: Orders of soap totaling 40 to 100 bars of assorted soap in stock will be
processed within 1-week. Orders over 100 bars of assorted soap in stock will be processed as quickly as
possible, but within 2 weeks. Larger orders, and orders placed during heavier ordering times (like holidays)
may take longer to prepare.
Terms of Payment : All orders are pre-paid in full using money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or e-check
through Paypal.
Return Policy: Wholesale orders are considered special orders and we cannot accept returns. If we fill your
order incorrectly, the incorrect items must be returned to us, which we will pay for. Again, we suggest that you
buy small amounts of soap varieties when you are buying our soap for the first time so that you confirm that it
is what you had in mind and would like to sell in your shop.
Special Request: We are more then happy to make soap in fragrances we don't carry, however, the price of
the special ordered fragrance will be added into the cost of the soap. Note: Although not often, there are
times when certain fragrance oils are not available. We will try every avenue to obtain the fragrance you have
requested. Using the fragrance oil you have requested, we try our best to produce the scented soap you had
in mind, but until the soap is cured there is no actual way to tell. There are no refunds on special order soap.
Special orders come in two sizes: Loaves, which allows you to cut each slice as thick or thin as you like, but
will yield 16-17 3.5 oz bars of soap or a slab mold that yields 30 bars of soap. Pricing is as above.
Shipping: All shipping charges for wholesale soap orders are actual shipping costs, plus insurance and/or
tracking charges. Small orders of 50 bars or less can be shipped through the United States Postal Service
Priority Mail flat rate. UPS shipping is also available.
Special Reminder: Although we always maintain at least 30 bars of each soap to supply our website and
wholesale soap customers, we are not mind readers and can occasionally be caught unprepared by a run
on particular scents. That situation rarely happens, but if it does, remember we are a small family owned and
operated business, and our product needs to be cured at least 2-3 weeks after being poured. The larger your
order, the longer it may take to prepare. As your orders with us increase, please increase the amount of
notice you give us, so there is ample time to prepare your order, or to make more soap for you should there
be a need. Wholesale soap orders of more than 100 bars or more than 30 bars of one particular scent will
ALWAYS be considered a special order, so please plan at least 4-5 weeks in advance so we can make the
soap you want, so you have it when you need it. We appreciate your understanding.
If you call to place an order, please have all your information ready. Company name, address, telephone
number and payment method. Type of soap and quality needed. I will take your information and try to give
you a total to include shipping, but if the order is large, I will contact the following day with your total. If you
would rather use email, send the same information and I will reply by the next day with a total.

related to the order such as color, scent, and any other information requested and agreed upon by us.
