Refund Procedure (Please follow these directions very carefully):
Items must be returned within 14 days after purchase (starts from the date the items are shipped).
Once you have contacted me to let me know you are returning the products, you may ship the product(s) back to us (including a copy of the
sales receipt). We suggest that you insure, or use a tracking number (or both), for your package.
The following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund: Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt), minus
(-) any items not returned (or in re-sellable condition), minus (-) Shipping & Handling, minus (-) small 10% restocking fee.

Refused packages, Wrong addresses, or Undeliverable parcels, will be charged a 35% restocking fee if a refund is requested. The
following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund: Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt) minus (-) a
35% restocking fee, minus (-) Shipping & Handling. Any products that are returned to Grandma and Me Soaps without contacting us first
will be refused and returned to the shipping party.
Any deviation from our return policy could result in you not receiving your refund in a timely manner.
All refunds will be paid through the same method they were received.

Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless the address is an rural route then UPS will be used with the following return

Regular shipping available for the United States only and is based on the total amount of the order not to exceed $8.75. See NOTE below
for additional information.
Products are shipped usually within 2 to 4 business days. However, in some cases (such as special orders) it may take longer. Shipping
(time in transit) usually takes 2 to 3 business days once it is shipped (can take longer in some situations, such as Christmas time).
If your package is returned because an incorrect address was provided, or for any reason, and you would like the package re-shipped -- you
will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges. If your package is lost, rifled, or damaged - we cannot, and will not, be held
liable. Most packages are shipped with a tracking number to prevent this - but this is no guarantee.
Money Orders or checks: Product(s) are shipped upon clearance of the money order or check. This usually takes 2-7 business days. No
exceptions.
NOTE: $8.75 shipping is based on the total order going to ONE address within the U.S. (This also applies to no more then two gift baskets
being mailed in the same container going to one address. (More then two gift baskets or separate orders) see below). Shipping to
Canada will be charged according to USPS prices.
Orders going to different addresses or additional gift baskets: If you are placing an order, but would like some items to be sent to different
addresses please contact me through the "Contact Me" page. I will calculate the additional shipping and handling charges and let you
know by phone or e-mail or you process the orders individually. For more then two gift baskets going to the same address, there is an
"Additional Shipping" button located on the gift basket pages for your convenience.
